I attended Denton Massage School in Arlington, WA where I specialized in Pregnacy, Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage; as well as learning and gaining experience in a large variety of other modalities. While in school I took a special interest in Polarity Therapy and am currently pursuing further certifications in that area of study. I started Zao Massage and Wellness (Zao meaning "life" in ancient greek), with principle of creating balance and wellness for the whole body and being.
